I created some simple natural autumn art work again

Just by breathing in and out

Bringing everything around and about

The eternal cycle of

Pleasure and pain; of

Being and remain; of

Learning and repeat; of

Winning and defeat; of  

Gaining insight and regret; of

Being one with the paradox, just like that; of

Surrendering to That What Is

And then…..  just feeling the bliss

By creating this, forgetting everything around

By just being in the moment, unbound……
